Der neu erbaute, aus 3 Gebäuden bestehende Komplex des 4-Sterne-Hotels Athina befindet sich im Dorf Elati in der Präfektur Zagori, nur 30 km nördlich der Stadt Ioannina.

Das von Maurern aus der Region erbaute Athina Hotel ist ganz in der traditionellen Architektur der Region gestaltet.

Die traditionell eingerichteten Zimmer verfügen über Internetzugang (LAN), einen TV mit Zugang zu Pay-TV-Kanälen, ein Telefon, eine Minibar, einen Kühlschrank und einen Haartrockner.
