Die Executive Zimmer im historischen Flügel sind geräumig und mit Parkett und hypoallergenen Betten ausgestattet.

Das Restaurant Hõlm serviert morgens ein Frühstück und abends eine abwechslungsreiche Auswahl an internationalen Gerichten. Die offene Küche bietet Ihnen Einblick in die Kunst des Kochens. Sie werden gebeten, einen Tisch im Voraus zu reservieren. Auf Anfrage können auch Veranstaltungen im Hotel Lydia organisiert werden. Das Veranstaltungszentrum ist mit modernen Beleuchtungs-, Ton- und Videosystemen ausgestattet.

Das Rathaus ist 50 m vom Hotel entfernt. Die Universität Tartu erreichen Sie nach 250 m. Vom nächstgelegenen Flughafen, dem internationalen Flughafen Tartu, bis zum Hotel sind es 10 km.
